What to do
- Click the button above, then open the downloaded file.
- Choose Run without install if you are asked.
- Read the ID and Password shown on screen to your technician.
- When the work is finished, close the program. That ends the connection.
Please don't rename the file.
Its name tells the program which server to use. If it is renamed, your
technician will not be able to see your computer.
Your privacy
Nobody can connect to your computer without the ID and password you read out,
and that password changes every time the program is restarted. You can see
everything the technician does, and closing the program disconnects them
immediately.
